Teeth may need to be extracted, or removed, due to infection, extensive decay, trauma, or over-retention. Over-retention occurs when a baby, or primary, tooth does not fall out on its own and the permanent tooth is already erupting.
The course of treatment involves changing aligners approximately every two weeks, moving your teeth into straighter position step-by-step. Unlike conventional braces, these clear aligners can be removed while you eat and brush your teeth as usual.

Root Canal Therapy
An opening is made through the crown of the tooth into the pulp chamber. The infected pulp is removed, and the root canals are cleaned, and shaped. The infected area is medicated and sealed. Then the root canals are filled.
